Account Manager providing customer service and consultation for our local business advertisers

MyArea Network is seeking driven Account Managers committed to providing exceptional customer service and consultation for our local business advertisers. Account Managers are responsible for all post-sales support of small businesses advertising on MyArea Network and our local area websites.

Responsibilities

• Make monthly or weekly check in phone calls with all assigned accounts.

• Monitor all account activity through MyArea Network’s business dashboard.

• Publish digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, text and other media channels.

• Send reports to accounts and communicate the effectiveness of advertising with MyArea Network.

• Develop recommendations for new marketing opportunities.

• Act as the primary contact between businesses and the various MyArea Network services.

• Be an expert on MyArea Network’s products, services and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant client centric experience.

• Proficient in typing, writing and computer applications.

• Ambitious personality and desire to grow within an organization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in account management, sales or advertising is a plus.

• Understanding of social media and modern communication platforms

• Solid ability to handle tough conversations with business managers and owners in a professional manner

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-growing environment
