Sales Associate for social media, digital marketing and other technology solutions.

MyArea Network is a rapidly growing digital media marketing company providing advertising and technology solutions for small businesses. MyArea Network owns and operates a network of local area websites in multiple regions in the US. All of these locations are based on area code, including 813area.com (Tampa) and 407area.com (Orlando). We are currently seeking experienced sales associates for our Central Florida area expansion that will fill the sales pipeline with new leads and nurture warm leads through the sales process.

Comprehensive training will include learning about the different digital products and services that are provided to our clients. Candidates with prior experience working with social media, digital marketing and other technology applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales with ability and motivation to find and develop leads

• Prepare proposals, follow up and close sales

• Monitor all account activity through MyArea Network’s business dashboard

• Develop recommendations for new marketing opportunities

• Cross-sell and educate customers on our other products

• Develop and maintain competitive knowledge of how to differentiate MyArea Network’s products, services and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of relevant client centric experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ambitious personality and desire to grow within the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic sales environment

• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task under pressure

• Ability to handle objections and close in short-cycle sales environment

• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-growing environment
