Kona Grill

Made a reservation a week in advance for Christmas dinner and due to the amount of walk-ins, they were telling us, the elderly couple in front of us and the group behind us (that all had a reservation)....that reservations are on hold and it would be a minimum of an hour wait. She (I believe it was a manager at the hostess station) was snarky and dismissive. And when upset bc they really didn't care at all; and as we walked out she just smuggly wished us a happy holidays, shrugging us off. Saving grace was that by the looks of the other reviews tonight...her attitude saved us a few hundred dollars for cold, mediocre food. Lost our business for good.

Pros: Saved hundreds of dollars for cold, mediocre food by them not honoring reservations and having such a crappy attitude towards customers.

Cons: Too many to list for the 3 minutes we were there.

One of the best restaurants in Tampa! Definitely one of the best places to bring a date and get some seafood!

Fantastic service and delicious dishes leave you wanting for nothing...except maybe for a few extra parking spaces. Parking aside, Kona Grill has some of the best dishes (lettuce wraps w/ shrimp & chicken are to die for) on restaurant row and is usually my choice for a birthday dinner.

They have an amazing variety of sushi. The fish is really fresh, and they pair it with a ton of complementing flavors. If you like something sweet and savory, the coconut shrimp roll is worth a try.

Pros: The wine, sushi rolls and entrees are delicious!

A laid back atmosphere with a great variety of Asian cuisine. Their Pad Thai is my favorite in the Sarasota area!

Kona Grill is always a good time. The lettuce wrap is a strong go-to choice of mine and works great as a starter or a meal!
