Way back in 1990 when our founder, Charlie Zhang, opened the first Pick Up Stix(R), people came from miles around for his incredible House Special Chicken. There was just something about the succulent taste of tender chicken in a carmelized white wine sauce with garlic, soy and green onions wok'd fresh to order over a roaring fire. They coudn't get enough of it. Well, Pick Up Stix has grown a lot since then and so has our menu. But folks are still addicted to our House Special Chicken. And our Orange Peel Chicken.
