We are looking for Customer Success Managers who can help us cultivate client relationships and educate & empower them to be more profitable leveraging our marketing platform and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in potential customer Discovery Calls
- Provide detailed marketing research, development and strategies
- On-Board new customers which includes but is not limited to Business Page setup on associated MyArea Network area site, updating MyArea Network Dashboard settings, obtain social media platform administrator access, obtain Google Suites platform access, getting access to a customer’s website and collection of customer’s digital asset
- Setup marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Programmatic tactics, Google Ads, Text Marketing accounts & text opt-in lead pages, email campaigns, and contributing to copywriting for text messages & ad copy as well as graphic design direction
- Optimize existing marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Communicate campaign activity with customers and MyArea Network teamakers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis which may include but is not limited to impressions, clicks, click-through rates and conversions
- Report on campaign performance to customers on a weekly or monthly basis
- Maintain an organized digital workspace (Google Calendar and MyArea Network CRM)
- Communicate with MyArea Network developers if website bugs or issues are discovered
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in related field (i.e. Customer Services in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Technology, Sales Support and Operations, Hospitality Industry etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
- Proficient use of Google Business Suite Products (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Data Studio) or equivalent on other programs like Microsoft
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and customer expectations
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
- Ambitious personality and desire to grow within the organization
